The so-called men’s preventive care involves examinations for the early detection of essentially two types of cancer that occur particularly frequently in men: Colorectal cancer and prostate cancer. Both cancers can be detected very early and can be treated well at an early stage.
Colorectal cancer screening can be done either by stool test or colonoscopy. You can find more about colorectal cancer screening here.
During the prostate examination, the physician performs a thorough palpation of the external genital organs, the lymph nodes affecting the region, and the prostate gland itself.
We are always there for you at our locations in Munich. Make a screening appointment online right now.
After 50, the risk of prostate cancer increases significantly. Early detection can have a significant positive impact on treatment.
